LEAN

Transform your body composition in a sustainable way. Lose fat, get leaner, and build healthy habits that last.

Program starts September 15

PEAK

Fuel for performance. For people who races a 5k, 10k, (half) marathon and fitness races like HYROX. This program works towards Hyrox Utrecht.

Program starts September 22

BUILD

Gaining muscle, strength and at the same time feel better and move better. This program is for those to improve their strength during a clean bulk period.

WHAT TO
EXPECT

Interactive Nutrition Workshops

Over 13 weeks, we host 6 live online workshops with Bibi, our Head of Nutrition.

Personal Accountability Coaching

Every two weeks, you’ll have a 1:1 call with one of our coaches to set clear goals, stay accountable, and track your progress.

13-Week Strength & Conditioning Program

Get full access to our FTTR™, 5TRONG™, and HYROX programs, including running plans for 5K, 10K, and half-marathons.

Final Week Offline Event

We wrap up the course with a live event — a chance to celebrate your results, meet your coaches, and train with the team in person.  

Homework & Measurements

Before the kick-off, you’ll receive an intake and homework package to help you start well-prepared. We'll guide you step-by-step how to progress to your goals.

What NOT to expect 

Personalized Meal Plans — If you’re looking for a 1-on-1 service, you can book a free intake session with our Head of Nutrition, Bibi.

Can I start any time?
No — our training and nutrition programs have fixed starting dates.
LEAN Program: starts September 15, 2025
PEAK Program: starts September 22, 2025
BUILD Program: planned for November/December 2025 (date TBA)
You can start training with us any time.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes! The program is designed for both beginners and those who want to take their training and nutrition to the next level.

What is the investment I need to make?
The total investment is €499.
You can also choose to spread the payment into 3 installments of €175.

How is the program delivered?
Workshops will be hosted on google meet, training and support via WodUp.

What is the difference with a regular training membership at UDP.FITNESS™?​
With this program, you don’t just train — you also get:
Nutrition education and guidance through workshops
Personal accountability coaching with a UDP.FITNESS™ coach

Do I need to be a member at UDP.FITNESS™?
No, membership is not required.
However, we recommend training 3–4 times per week to achieve the best results.


When are the nutrition workshops?
Workshops take place on Mondays at 19:30, every other week.
On alternating weeks, you’ll have your 1:1 accountability call with your coach.
First LEAN workshop: September 15, 2025 – 19:30
First PEAK workshop: September 22, 2025 – 19:30

You’ll receive all the details you need to prepare before the start.

If you’d like to continue progressing, we also offer personal 1:1 coaching to help you reach the next level.
