Interactive Nutrition Workshops
Over 13 weeks, we host 6 live online workshops with Bibi, our Head of Nutrition.
Personal Accountability Coaching
Every two weeks, you’ll have a 1:1 call with one of our coaches to set clear goals, stay accountable, and track your progress.
13-Week Strength & Conditioning Program
Get full access to our FTTR™, 5TRONG™, and HYROX programs, including running plans for 5K, 10K, and half-marathons.
Final Week Offline Event
We wrap up the course with a live event — a chance to celebrate your results, meet your coaches, and train with the team in person.
Homework & Measurements
Before the kick-off, you’ll receive an intake and homework package to help you start well-prepared. We'll guide you step-by-step how to progress to your goals.
